Client Profile:

Crow Holdings is a real estate investment and development firm established more than 75 years ago by founder and industry icon Trammell Crow. His original vision for the firm lives on today: a company imbued with a spirit of partnership, a culture of camaraderie, and a steadfast commitment to doing business with integrity. Crow Holdings is rooted in its ability to expand and refine its offerings and capabilities by anticipating the secular trends, growth opportunities, and investor priorities that shape the real estate landscape. Old Parkland, Crow Holdings’ flagship campus in Dallas and site of its headquarters, exemplifies this vision by bringing together thoughtful development, long-term stewardship, and a curated art collection that reflects the firm’s enduring commitment to excellence.

Stephanie Huckaby: Design Associate

Partnership Background

Stephanie Huckaby, Design Associate on the Old Parkland team at Crow Holdings was first introduced to Unified Fine Arts in 2018. At this time, Huckaby was doing monthly installs of artwork on the Old Parkland campus and the Unified team was on a regular rotation to perform the installs. What began as routine monthly art installations in 2018 has evolved into one of Crow Holdings’ most trusted partnerships.

“We lean on them and have for a long time,” stated Huckaby. “We have built trust with them and know that if there’s anything complicated (gigantic sculptures or heavy works of art) they are the first call that we make. Their calm and steady approach is the foundation of everything we want to get done. It allows us to not worry about their piece of it.”

A Partnership Tested by Fire

In 2023, when a fire broke out at an art warehouse, one of the first calls the Old Parkland team placed was to Unified Fine Arts. “The Unified team was there in under two hours and were a trusted partner in the rebuilding, reconstruction and restoration process,” said Amy Campbell, Art Specialist for Crow Holdings.

Crow Holdings has used most of the services that Unified Fine Arts offers, including installation, storage, crating and transportation, but that is not why they maintain such a close relationship. It is the care, attention to detail and the consistent pattern of going above and beyond that keeps the relationship strong.

In the aftermath of the 2023 fire, Unified did more than just assist in the art restoration. “They went above and beyond and helped us create the new space,” stated Campbell. “It was their involvement in establishing the new space that allowed us to avoid adding another zero to the price tag of the overall costs.”

The Unified Fine Arts Difference

While Crow Holdings has their choice of art handling companies, the overwhelming preference is to work with Unified because of the superior customer service, the expertise of all of Unified’s employees and the peace of mind they deliver with each engagement.

Campbell puts it this way, “Unified are the ones we trust most for the hardest or most complicated things. We cannot get them always on-demand, but when it comes to UFA they will handle anything and everything that is intricate, complicated and valued.”

Campbell continues, “We can easily delegate what they need and do not have to provide a lot of supervision. I know that the team from Unified will get the job done without micromanaging. Nothing scares them, and in our history nothing we have needed overwhelms them.”

The Future of the Partnership

From the perspective of Campbell and Huckaby, the partnership with Unified will continue. “At this point our partnership is a well-oiled machine and it will continue for as long as we work here and beyond. We respect the entire team at Unified Fine Arts and know we can count on them for their expertise and they are essential for anything we are trying to get done. You cannot put a value on peace of mind.”To learn more about Unified Fine Arts and to get the same level of service that the Old Parkland team at Crow Holdings has experienced, visit our website at www.unifiedfinearts.com and let us know how we can help you with your artwork.
